Finance Secretary

Due to our continued growth at Jim Glover Auto Family we are looking for solid professionals that are seeking the right opportunity. Currently we are looking for a Finance and Insurance (F&I) Secretary to join our F&I team. 

The primary purpose of this position is to complete paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner. The F&I Secretary is responsible for working with the Sales and Accounting teams to complete and finalize car deals. Additionally, F&I Secretary will be responsible for communicating with consumers to ensure their ultimate satisfaction.  

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all documents related to vehicle purchases are accurate and complete.
• Prepare and submit vehicle purchase contracts to the appropriate financial institution for timely funding.
• Maintain the title board and ensure outstanding issues are resolved.
• Collect and track all titles from trade vehicles
• Collaborate with finance and sales departments to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with the sales department and other departments within dealership.
• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner.
• Attend staff meetings.
• Maintain a professional appearance and a clean and professional work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in a dealership Finance Department preferred
