Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative
The Business Development Center Representative is responsible for receiving incoming customer calls, establishing relationships with customers and scheduling appointments for the Service Advisors, helping maintain a comfortable waiting lounge, and checking in with customers during their service visit to ensure we are delivering an excellent experience.
The BDC Representative interacts daily with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, support staff and customers.

Requirements
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
